The Times of The Gentiles
Taken from Luke 21:24
The Jewish people controlled Jerusalem until 586 B.C. Then, according to Daniel 1:1, Nebuchadnezzar and his troops marched into the Holy City and took its inhabitants back as captives to Babylon. It is important to remember that this single historical event marked the beginning of what is known as “the times of the Gentiles.”
An important caveat was spoken by Jesus in Luke 21:24 when He said,
“And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.”
Alert – Signs of The Times…
The Coming War With Iran, Hezbollah and Israel
Today we learn that Israel has added a new dimension to their David’s Sling Missile Defense system. The missile defense system makes it possible for Israel to aggressively destroy incoming missiles from a distance of 90-125 miles away.
For a missile to travel 90-125 miles means Israel only has mere minutes to react and that’s where their multi-layered missile defense system comes into play.
The Messiah is Coming Says The Jews
An interesting thing is happening in Israel these days, the Jewish Rabbi’s are preaching the coming of The Messiah at any moment. Jews are discussing the issue in coffee shops, restaurants, stores all over the Land of Israel.
My contention is that if the Jews are seriously discussing this and they are serious about the topic, then how close might we really be to the return of The Messiah to earth?
Obama The Petulant
Based on: Joel 3:1-3 and Zechariah 12:1-3
Obama stabs Israel in the back 2 days before Hanukkah. Though this comes not as a surprise, it is shocking to see the first American president to order Israel to stop building in their land and to label all Jews living in The Old Jewish Quarter in Jerusalem and in the West Bank illegal’s who can be forcefully removed from their homes! This order UN Resolution #2334 will certainly add to the uncertainty in an already burning Middle East!
What the early ramifications will be no one knows for sure. However, we do know that the world has put Israel and the Jews on notice that one day a global force will invade Israel and force a peace whether the Jews like it or not and they now have the legal framework to enact their warped sense of right and wrong!
Scripture teaches that a day is coming when the whole world will be against Israel and the Jews. We also see in scripture that there will be a demonic obsession over Israel and specifically Jerusalem. This decision by “Obama The Petulant” will certainly cause the pressure on Israel to build and to make a really bad deal down the road between Israel and her enemies a reality. When they say peace and safety then comes sudden destruction!
